•Murakami Law specializes in the conversion of co-ops and community apartments into condominiums and the preparation of CC&R’s and other governing documents for real estate subdivision projects.

• In 2000, Tim Murakami was the only attorney to testify before the State Senate Committee on Housing regarding legal procedures and requirements which are necessary for the completion of the condo-conversion process.

• Tim Murakami has prepared the master management documents, which include CC&R’s and Association Bylaws, for over 2,000 subdivision projects. Some of the major developers he has worked with include: Pulte Homes, Pacific Community Builders, Van Daele Development, and Pardee Homes. His completed projects, both large and small, extend from San Francisco to San Diego.

• Tim Murakami appears on the recommended list of attorney’s who prepare the governing documents for subdivision projects, for many of the largest title companies operating in Southern California.

• During his many years of practicing real estate law, Tim Murakami has developed close and valuable relationships with representatives of the California Department of Real Estate.
